Pear Pomegranate Amaretto Cocktail
A fall frozen treat
Servings 1 drink
Ingredients
- 2 ounces amaretto
- 1 ounce pomegranate molasses
- 1 ripe pear- peeled prepped, and frozen if you have time
- 2 Luxardo cherries or equivalent maraschino cherry
- Ice to taste 1/4 cup or 3-7 cubes
Instructions
- combine all ingredients except one of the cherries for garnish and blend, I use as little ice as possible but this is a matter of taste, you can always add more, it's tricky to take away.
